I’ve been using this CCTV camera for the past 2 months, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations. The video quality is crystal clear both during the day and at night — the night vision is especially impressive with good range and detail.The camera setup was simple and quick, even for someone like me who isn’t very tech-savvy. The mobile app works smoothly and allows me to watch the live feed anytime from anywhere, which gives me peace of mind, especially when I’m away from my shop.

Bought the Trueview 4MP dual lens camera yesterday. Easy to install by ourself. Checked with Vi, Jio and Airtel, all SIM worked fine without any issues. We should ensure strong network reception where camera is installed so you get instant response when you access camera from Truecloud. When zoomed to 10x too the picture quality is excellent. Night vision is also great and it has inbuilt lights to turn on in dark. Sound clarity both in and out and responsive and clear even the output volume can be controlled in app. Pan and tilt adjustments can be done via app. So final verdict is this is the best 4g sim based camera at lesser price, good features and nice built

The CCTV and the app are user friendly. The 270° coverage of the CCTV is good and night visibility is also excellent. I've purchased two units last month and writing review after 1 month of usage. Both the units are working fine.

I recently purchased the Trueview 3MP HD 4G SIM Based Pan Tilt CCTV Camera for outdoor use. Overall, the product is feature-rich and performs well in most areas. The video quality is impressive with clear images both during the day and at night, thanks to its full-color night vision. The camera rotates smoothly, covers a wide area, and is easy to set up with the TrueCloud app.However, there's a serious issue with the two-way audio feature. While trying to talk through the camera remotely, it creates a loud and weird feedback noise – similar to the sound you hear when two phones are too close during a call. This makes communication almost impossible, as the audio gets distorted and unclear.If the manufacturer can fix the audio feedback issue, this would be a perfect security camera for home or office use. As of now, it’s good for monitoring, but not ideal if two-way audio is important for your use case.
