Is this just the metal blades or the entire part with the plastic and rubber parts as well?

It is all the parts except container. I had one that had a silicone gasket that was part of the blade and screw on part..in effect it was a total one piece assemblage. It lasted for years and years. I just ordered two of this blade assembly and I used up all the rubber parts in two months using for morning shakes. I give this assembly a failing mark. Unfortunately I cannot find the blade assembly with built in silicone part I loved so much.

It didn’t last 4 months

Mine lasted two months. The gaskets pop out and get chewed up.
