Letters to their email:1Hello there,I’m writing you today to share my disappointment with your creepy climbers product. I was first introduced to the product in a video on TikTok. I thought these would be a great addition for cat enrichment, as they would love to watch them scale down the wall. I found them on Amazon and purchased. Upon arrival, I pulled 5 out of the bag and threw them at the wall. They were very stuck so I figured it would take too long to begin crawling so I unstuck them all and gently placed two or so “legs” at a time. Listen, I have patience and I don’t know how long to wait for them to start falling… but even with gently placing them on the wall, they have been stuck for 4 whole days with not one movement. Reach out to us at [email protected], and we'll do our best to make things right!” on the side of the box. In my years, I have reached out to these under 10 times in hopes to find some understanding. I’m simply curious if I’m doing something wrong? I wanted to believe in this product so badly because of the video I had seen of them looking so cool! I checked my humidity levels every day to make sure it wasn’t fluctuating and throwing the stickiness off. I don’t know man.. I even ran a whole experiment! I left one up as a control that is still standing to this day! She’s still stuck in the same spot.. I tried sticking them to other objects- a whiteboard, my fridge, a different wall, my couch, a table. Look, I tried. Please write me back to let me know what I’m missing to put me out of my scientific experimental mindset misery!Best

We’ve had so much fun with these! I remember having them when I was a kid. Now I’m playing with my grandkids. Nostalgia at its best.

These looked cute out of the box but didn't stick to or crawl down the wall. Kids and adults tried but it didn't work. They were quite sturdy and the kids still had fun playing with them.

Not worth the price. I feel like this is something you would find in a coin machine for 50 cents.

Do not stick. Big disappointment.I would like to update my review! Yes, we were disappointed in the product, but believe it or not Amazon seller reached out and offered me a refund!
