This is a fantastic LEGO set.The 'cargo' themed LEGO sets are always a hit... the reality is, whenever you can snag some non-police/criminal and fire LEGO city sets, it's worth your time and energy. Though the police and fire are probably the best LEGO city sellers for LEGO, the sets that are more typical of a city environment command a greater presence and go up in value more quickly after their retire dates.The actual retail price for this set seems a little high at first glance, but when you spend the time building this LEGO set and checking out all the features, you quickly realize why the retail price is $79.99 (my recommendation is to wait for a sale price though). The number of large LEGO bricks included in this set is definitely above average, there are several LEGO bricks that are somewhat rare and exclusive included in this LEGO set, and there are several LEGO bricks offered in unique colors... all of which make this set more valuable and specialized in its offering. There are several LEGO bricks included in this set that make secondary builds possible just due to their versatility and usefulness. The range of LEGO bricks offered in this set is quite nice.There are four LEGO minifigs included in this set which is average for a set this size. There really isn't anything special or unique about the minifigs offered in this set. The number of LEGO bricks included in this set is slightly below average when considering the retail price (another reason to wait for a sale price). There are a few stickers included with this set, so the young brickers out there may need some assistance when it comes to applying them. There are a couple 'LEGO' stickers included in this set, which look awesome and are always welcome.The forklift is very cool... the transport truck is much larger than what you would expect... the larger forklift/transport vehicle for moving larger crates/containers functions very well and offers a lot of playability. The gatehouse barrier even comes with a sliding glass (plastic) window... so cool. There are also several printed LEGO bricks with LEGO boxes, which are always awesome and add to the value of this set. There's really a lot going on with this LEGO set which means countless hours of enjoyment and creativity. My son has been playing with this set and watching him create various scenarios absolutely blows my mind... the room for creativity with this set is really unmatched.In closing, I definitely recommend this LEGO set and I have no doubt that this set will only increase in popularity once it retires. The red forklift is what attracted me to this set - was concerned the other vehicles might be too big & sized out of proportion but they are just right! I love the crain & the few tech parts that make the boom move up & down are neat & a good introduction to the technic part of LEGO® ! Each of the builds are bagged separately , that makes it nice especially if you want to take your time building, you don't need to open everything at once, it's easy to keep organized! Set has many unique parts should you want to rebuild or repurpose them. I am an adult fan of LEGO (AFOL), This is a nice addition to my LEGO city! Price was very good & package arrived on time!

The theme for Lego League this past year was Cargo Connect and I got this set as a free-build activity to go along with the main sorting center project. The kids teamed up and each built a different vehicle from this set and they loved it. The boom crane with a special gear mechanism was incredibly popular and the kids were so proud they were able to build it all on their own.Great set, fun vehicles.

So, so many play features. Its an excellent set for my son who loves to shuffle all the boxes around with the crane and forklift. One of the best designed sets for pure play value.

With most Lego sets, I enjoy the build more than the play but this set is the opposite. The build isn’t all that interesting but there’s lots of fun to be had loading the items into the containers and then loading the containers on the truck. My son and I really enjoyed playing with this set.

Well, it's lego. Good quality, detailed design. My little boy loves the set a lot!

Gave to my grandson for his birthday. He had it done in a day. Although I must say he has most of lego puzzles. Loves it.
