Great American made product. Easy to apply. Adheres very good. Perfect at protecting the exposed hinges of the Wrangler or Gladiator.

Good fit, fair price and and idea that will help save the hinges. A bit sticky removal but easy to clean up, if needed. Barely noticable on the vehicle and stands up to some abuse

Very simple solution to a pretty common problem. When I first discovered this product I'd check out other jeeps I see in the Walmart parking lot and have noticed quite a few with the rock chips on the hinges. Easily convinced me to buy these. Works well and is easy to install But the hotter it is outside the better. I'd say 80 or above. It seems to adhere and conform better in the higher temps.

Just added these to a new 2024 JL Wrangler. They have saved the hinges on my Gladiator from rock-chips multiple times, so they were my first purchase for the Wrangler. These are very thick and tough and so far have proved impenetrable to stone/rock damage. Rock chips just slightly leave a soft ding in the material, which is not visible and can only be felt. They adhere strongly to the hinges, do not peel over time, but are easily removed if replacement should be needed.Installation is easy but requires some careful attention to detail when placing the first edge down. I've found it best to install the top section first using the vertical line already on the hinge as a guide for where to place the leading edge of the protection film. As long as the protection film is perfectly vertical and the top and bottom are centered, you're good to go. For the bottom section, I use a ruler or the edge of one of the papers that hold the stickers as a guide. Place the edge of the ruler or piece of paper along the edge of the top protector you just installed and get that perfectly vertical. Then using the opposite hand, lay on the bottom protector right up against the ruler. With both protectors, as long as the leading edge is vertical and centered, you can trust just laying down the rest of it around the hinge. I like that an extra set is included in case you want to redo one you messed up.

I bought a nice used 2021 Wrangler JL 2 door. It had a couple of chips in the bottom hinge of each door. I touched them up and applied these protector strips. They were easy to install and adhered solidly.They are invisible once in place and should help protect from future paint damage.

Dang I wish I bought these 2 weeks earlier. I have a chip in my Gladiator hinge with less than 500 miles on it. It hurts, trust me and just buy these before you buy a Jeep and install them day 1. Thanks to Dirt Road Cred for pointing these out. Also super excited that this is a family run business and an American made product. I've recommended these to others already. Very easy to install, even easier once you watch the video on Amazon. Fits perfectly and you can't see them at all. I have to get right next to the hinges to even notice them. Highly recommend and will buy more if ever needed (shouldn't as they include an extra strip).
