This item arrived early it was great to put together I would recommend this as a present for you or a gift for someone else

It surprised me how easy this was to assemble & fun doing it. It all moves like it should just a pity it doesn't have a small mechanism to work it.

Got this for a Christmas gift for a friends Son. He loves these sorts of puzzles as do I.It's well made and looks easy-ish to put together.Looks fun. Great price too for a stocking filler gift.Gets 5-5. Recommended.

Bought as a Xmas stocking filler so as yet it’s in a pike waiting to be wrapped.However, it looks as if it’s going to be a great little project for my great nephew. At 14 it’s difficult to find something he might like to do.Packaged well, arrived when promised - Highly recommended

This is a fairly straightforward model to build. I had no difficulty in following the instructions. No gluing is required. You will need a decent modelling knife, a cutting mat, some emery paper or fine sand paper and a small candle. The candle is needed for greasing the cogs. If you skimp on sanding where it is necessary, you run the risk of breaking pieces, when using brute force.The completed model is not a particularly pleasing as a static ornament. What gives the clock interest value is its working movement. The movement on my finished model clock runs smoothly, without jamming. Reasonable value for money.

Sensible price

Really enjoyed putting this together, as it's one of the more thoughtfully designed and precisely made kits I've tried. Super-rigid pieces, very helpful instructions, and they even put in a little spindle to help you get parts out and reach into the innards to fix anything that needs adjustment. Beautiful designs too, especially when the shapes play against each other as you operate the gears.Note that I bought this clock because it was so cheap compared to other kits, but realized why when it arrived - the box was pretty small, comparable to, say, a couple of large stacked iPhones. Ultimately though, it was just as fun to assemble, and ends up having having that very cute, intricate feel in the mold of a Faberge egg.

I assembled this at about the same time as I assembled the Ugears steampunk clock, and I like this one a lot better. Both are five star kits. This one was just more interesting.Plus, every time you move the minute hand around, the hour only goes around once. :)The hour hand broke on me. That's pretty rare for a Ugears kit. It was kind of spongy when I removed it from the sprue. It broke cleanly, though, and was easy to glue back together.

Abgesehen von der hervorragenden Bauanleitung ist es die Passgenauigkeit der Teile, die mich bei UGEARS immer wieder beeindruckt. Nachbearbeiten mit Schleifpapier und Wachsen der Steckverbindungen ist allerdings unerlässlich. Ja, vielleicht gibt es Könner, die das Ding in 1 Stunde wie angegeben schaffen - aber will man wirklich durch das Erlebnis durchjagen? Das Ergebnis ist einfach nur hübsch in der Vitrine. Ein Schmuckstück.

The media could not be loaded.  Arrivato nei tempi indicati e ben protetto. Facile da assemblare (mezzo pomeriggio). Bisogna munirsi di un po' di carta abrasiva (dentro c'è solo la cera) perché alcuni pezzi facevano fatica ad entrare. Sicuramente consigliato.
