The clock looks nice on the wall and works well so far. After a couple of weeks. It's about the right size. Not large but not too small.There is a marking at the back of the clock that would seam to indicate that you adjust the sound.I contacted their customer service and they came straight back and said no, the sound could not be adjusted. That's good.The sound is let's say soft and gentle. Nice.

Very authentic looking. Has a wonderful hourly chime.Well worth the money.

This is a very nice looking clock that keeps good time. I replaced a Seiko that I had for 35 years that had all the features of chime and tick toc sounds but I found that I had turned all of that off anyway. This clock is silent with a pendulum swing that looks great. It is pretty easy to read from across the room as well. It is also less than 1/2 the price of the similar model Seiko that I replaced.

This is a lovely simple pendulum wall clock. The wood is a warm cherry tone, and the side glass pieces are a nice touch. This feature doesn't show on the photos, which is a shame because its a great look. Its on the small narrow side, but thats what we wanted. The main complaint is in how the clock is packed for shipment, there's very little packing inside the clock to keep the parts from detaching and flying around. We had to return 1st clock as it had broken in that manner. They sent a 2nd clock which luckily survived the trip intact, so we're glad. There is a problem with the pendulum hitting the glass sides - we kept adjusting and now it seems better but very bad to have it hitting the glass like that.

Seems to be a decent plastic clock, but has some issues. The chimes are barely audible. Setting instructions are terrible. The instructions for setting the clock that are glued to the back of the clock are totally different than the instructions on the paper instruction sheet that is included in the clock's box. I have tried setting the clock like four times now and I am still not sure it is set properly as the chimes are so quiet it is hard to tell they are working properly. Also, the way the clock is designed, it is almost impossible to see if the pendulum is actually moving when the clock is mounted on the wall.

Handsome replacement of old 4-chimer that had died. Silent. Hands a little thin for vision, but ok and very attractive. The case is wood and seems sturdily made. Easy to put together and hang. Don't forget to peel off the pendulum film!

The title, description, and "reviews" say this clock is made of "real wood". It is 100% plastic. Also, the chimes sound like they are from a retro game system. Not charming at all. This clock also has TWO sets of instructions that contradict each other. One says to set the clock time BEFORE noon, while the other says to set it up AFTER noon so the clock won't chime at midnight. I was unable to set the time on the clock. It was always two or three hours ahead. The contradicting instructions did not help. I am returning this.

With the door in front, it's easy to change the time. It is a pretty clock.
