I only used about 2 Tablespoons for the big pot of Peruvian Beans and it is now a new favorite of everyone in the house. Mild enough for non heat lovers with others enjoying the depth of flavor it provides. Going to put in a chicken maranated dish next. Did swipe some on slices of French bread used in a turkey and cheese sandwich which was wonderful.

So nice to find a chili based product that is mild. I bought it for making antichuchos, but it will come in handy for other marinades. I used a bit too much the second time and it overpowered the other flavors, but was still tasty.
