Id say so as theyre not in capsules but i just downed them with water so wasnt too bad.

ignore that ridiculous answer from the seller - no they don't. and all the reviews saying they improved their chances and got them pregnant. also ignore them. that's not was this product is for. They're literally just to help create the optimum nutrient environment for a foetus SHOULD you get pregnant. nothing more, nothing less. That is a good thing - but not a miracle.
