After reading reviews everywhere on the internet before purchasing this product I noticed a pattern emerging. People who took these supplements for 3 weeks or less gave the worst reviews simply because they do not understand that you don't magically get results overnight or in 3 weeks for that matter!I decided to trial these for 3 months and then offer my findings in a review and so here it is!*** About me: ***Female26 years oldSome medical issues due to having PCOS*** Why I decided to start taking these supplements: ***I had started to recede on my hairline and my face and back were covered in nasty outbreaks of spots. I also had very dull blotchy skin due to stress and illness. I wanted something to help me look fresh again and boost my confidence so I had a look around and found these supplements.*** Price: ***Once I decided I wanted these supplements, I ordered them on a subscription which was cheap at only just over £10 per month for the 2 types of supplements (The original Micronutrient Tablets and the Nurti-dermal Capsules). They get delivered at the end of every month without me having to remember which is really convenient for me.*** Taking the Supplements ***They are quite large tablets so if you struggle taking tablets then you may want to take this into account before purchasing them. They are very easy to fit into your lifestyle, you simply take them before or after you eat your Lunch or Dinner every day. I like to take them the same time I take my contraceptive pill because then you don't forget and they also have the days on the blister like my pill does which makes it even easier to track. *** The results *** (what you really want to know)~ Hair:Before: My hair was receding quite badly and I had clumps fall out on the side of my head near my ears so when I had my hair tied back it looked very sparse!After: Now I have noticed my hair has grown again where it fell out on my hairline, It looks like I have a very thin 1 inch fringe at the minute but once it gets longer it will blend in with the rest of my hair. I have noticed my hair feeling fuller on the sides too and I can't see any patches like I used to either. My hair is growing very fast because I have blonde highlights and I have noticed I'm going to have to do my roots a little sooner than usual. Overall: my hair just feels in much better condition and people have commented how shiny and full it looks lately.~ Skin:Before: Painful outbreaks and very dullAfter: I haven't really noticed anything yet with regards to my skin but I think this is because I have hormonal imbalances which cause my outbreaks but people have commented that I have a glowing face and I started to look very `well' so something must be working. I don't think I look as drab and dull as I did before.~ Nails:Before: I've always had long nails that grow very fast but they were never very strong.After: If my nail bends it doesn't break! How cool is that, I used to have nails pinging off all over the place but now I can have a split in my nail and just paint over it with polish and it will grow out. I love doing my nails now because I know they will all stay the same long length till I decide I want to cut them.*** Overall: ***I have really enjoyed seeing the changes and I plan to keep my subscription to this product. I know once my medical issues have improved that this product will be a lot more effective on my skin but the changes in my hair have been magnificent! I would recommend this not only to women but to men also. I love my little fringe because it means that at 26 I don't have to just accept the fact it was gone and believe me, it was missing for a whole year before I decided to take these supplements.I am very happy to have tried these and also I wanted to give you a review to help you out with your decision. Love these! Very effective very quickly i see shone n smoothness to my hair. Big chunky tabs which i hate the taste of but very effective so i jus down them once a day. lol. Im worth it!

I purchased these supplements because for the past five years or so my once thick, curly hair has become very fine and lacklustre. As a 47 year old "girl" who takes a great deal of pride in my appearance, my difficult to manage hair is the bane of my life and I needed something to give it a boost. I've been taking these since 17th December 2017 fairly religiously (have forgotten a couple of times) and I do think it has made a difference to my hair. It appears slightly thicker and I'd like to think it's making it grow a tad faster - my hair grows sooooo slowly, drives me mad. I did not expect these supplements to make any difference to anything else BUT my skin is so much better, ie less blemishes and better overall skin texture. My Mediterranean skin has always been a bit dodgy with the odd spot here and there but since taking these supplements I have been pleasantly surprised at the difference. I have been drinking a lot more water though so that may have something to do with it. I will definitely continue to take these. I just need to check they are safe for me to take with the prescribed medication I take daily.

My hairs not been the same since hitting my 50's and Menopause. It's been thinning and lacking generally in health. My hairdresser recommended I take Multivitamins. I considered my diet to be healthy, so I was very sceptical, however I thought I'd at least give vitamins a go and see. Ive now been taking these for over 3 months. I have new hair growth all around my hairline. My eyebrows have also thickened out too. I'm very pleased with the results and will continue to take. They've most definitely worked for me.

A MUST HAVE!! A NECESSITY!! I have continually bought this same product probably over hundred times over the past decade. Knock- offs and cheap imitations can never do this product justice. These vitamins honestly make such a noticeable difference in my rate of hair growth, nail growth and skin health. I go from perpetually having. flakey bits around my nails to having nails which look fake they’re so strong and shiny! no joke at all! you won’t regret this purchase

Tablets are HUGE and hard to swallow they also have a funky taste. unnecessarily used bulking agents, could have made the tablets much smaller.

The best hair supplement I’ve come across! I’ve been taking these for three months now and have noticed visible changes. My hair feels much healthier, and I’m experiencing significantly less hair fall.

This product has done wonders for my hair. I’ve been taking it for about 3 months now, my hair already was long and thick but I wanted to grow it longer and improve hairline. I have noticed tons of new growth sprouting at the hairline and top of the scalp, lots of baby hairs, and the growth rate has become much quicker, my hairdresser comments on it every time I go. This includes my eyebrows alsoMy hair is also much stronger- I used to get breakage and it would shed a lot but the integrity now is much better and I lose far fewer hairs. I haven’t noticed change to my skin or nails as I wear false nails but this is definitely worth it for hair.The only con I would say is the taste, which is absolutely awful and really strongly fishy, but for the results this is totally bearable, just make sure you hold your nose and swallow with water, the tablets are pretty huge
