works really well and the colors are so pretty. it is not too bright so it doesn’t hurt my eyes.

Customer service is excellent. I bought this for my granddaughter last Christmas, and it stopped working after 3 months After contacting them, they sent us a couple of bulbs - we tried one, and it works perfectly. They also said that if a new bulb didn't work, they would replace it.

This lava lamp has to be set on a stable and flat surface. It is a little wobbly if set on something otherwise. It’s fun for our girls room and really cool to watch. It’s does take a few hours to initially get going. If you turn it off al the “lava” does fall to the bottom and you’ll have to start the process over again. We have to do this because it does get hot and we don’t leave it when we leave the house so just be ware of that.

I’ve had lots of lamps over the years. They always were flops. This lava lamp works so well it doesn’t even look real. It’s so perfect that it looks straight out of a cartoon. It’s super bright and it gets super hot.It’s worth every penny. It doesn’t have any flaws that I can think of. It seems more durable than other lava lamps. The material isn’t super cheap feeling. It’s definitely a lamp that I trust.Just make sure to unplug it when unattended

My daughter loved it the day she got it. We plugged it in. It works well. Next time I came in the room a week later it was in the closet two weeks after that it was on the floor a month after that it was lost so they’re super cool for easy gift but unless you have a specific spot for a lamp, I really needed. I probably wouldn’t buy it for your kids.

it’s really cute i love it ! i had it on for about 3-4 hrs and the stuff had to warm up and settle to the bottom, turned it off for a couple hours came back home put it back on and it started flowing :)), so if it doesn’t flow within the first hours let it all settle turn it off give time then turn it back on !

The box that the original lava lamp came in seemed to be opened before but I just went along with it.I received a replacement lava lamp after the last one I received was broken as mentioned below. I went to set it up and the bulb is broken. At this point I’m just very annoyed and probably will never purchase from this company again.After having it ok nearly all day it wasn’t working. The wax had melted but nothing was moving. There was a random spring floating in the wax that I think caused part of the issue. I am getting a replacement and returning the one I have but I’m disappointed so far.
