Fast and fun
I bought Sushi Go! for my nieces, and it’s been an absolute hit. The game is quick to learn, fast-paced, and full of fun – ideal for keeping everyone engaged. It’s great for all ages, so the whole family can join in, and each round is short, making it easy to play a few quick games. The cute sushi artwork adds extra charm, and it’s the perfect mix of strategy and luck. Highly recommend for family game nights.

Great game, wonderful for the whole family and younger children too.
Sushi go is a simple and intuitive game that is fun and encourages your child to think strategically. On the box the game suggests it is suitable for 8 years +, although my 5 year old daughter has no problem at all thrashing both my wife and I. Its not just fun for kids though - this is also a great simple party game that gets incredibly competitive! The game is really simple - you each get dealt a hand of cards, and each turn you must pick one that you place in front of you, and then pass your hand to the next player until all the cards are gone. At the end, you count up the points. This is done for 3 rounds in total, and the winner is the person with the most points at the end.You score points depending on the cards you put down in front of you. Some give you 1, 2 or 3 points, others give you points for collecting sets, and others give you points at the end of the game. Its incredibly rewarding to see your child debating with themselves about which cards to play - do I get the 2 points now, or risk it and try and get the 6 points later? Fun and educational (even if they don't know it).The game is sweet as it deviates from the typical fantasy type theme of knights, dragons and wizards (favoured by boys), and instead has nice pictures of various sushi dishes! all of which are beautifully illustrated and easily recognisable after a few games (important for those not familiar with Sush!).A wonderful result of this game is my five year old is now incredibly keen to try various sushi dishes.Cannot recommend enough - 5/5!

A fun, quick and easy game for couples, families and friends.
We bought this game as a quick one that we could play as a couple, but also share with friends. Learning the rules may seem a little daunting at first, but it takes only one round before you master them. We can speed through a game very quickly now, but each game still has good replayability. The game is played by dealing a certain number of cards to each player who then chooses a card to place in front of them. The remaining cards are passed onto the next player. This cycle is repeated until all cards are down (i.e. there are no more cards in the players hands). The cards that have been played earn points in special combinations, and ultimately the player with the most points at the end of each round, wins that round. As the name suggestions, it's sushi themed, and the cards are aesthetically appealing for players of all ages. I definitely think this game could be played with older children, but we play it as a couple of group of adults, and all involved enjoy playing time and time again.

Great family card game that requires some thought and strategic thinking! Easy to play too!
We got this for a family holiday to make a change from just normal cards and because its small.Comes in a tin to holds the thing in!Very easy to pick up and very different as a game! Its a game of strategy as much as skill and luck! The aim is collect as many points as possible, most individual cards are worth a point or 2, but collections of cards are worth a lot more. Every card a player plays goes face up, so you have to try and gauge which groups of cards people are playing for as after every played card you pass your hand to the left. So you dont keep the same cards, can see what people are playing but theres a constant circulation of the cards for you to be able to get what you need. Its a great game, very easy to pick up, requires a bit of thought but not too much and theres a bit of adding up at the end.Game time.is about 5-10 mins per game but you play 3 rounds per game, so 15 to 30 mins.If you're after a good family game, try this! You won't be disappointed! This very quickly became our favourite a d of the 3 other card games we had, this was the daily game we played.

Simple and Fun
Very easy to learn and play, it's a good fun and the short duration allows you to play several games. The cards are a bit delicate and difficult to shuffle without ruining them, I would recommend sleeves.
