EXACTLY what I needed
I have like 5 alarms (in addition to this watch), and was still somehow sleeping through them (?)It is soooo much harder to sleep through this “shock watch” (the sound could be louder, but not really why I bought It).If you’ve ever used a TENS unit, the “shocks” are very similar to that (minus the stickers and wires). I included a photo of the inside of the watch that shocks / vibrates. If you have issues getting up to standard alarms, I highly Recommend. It’s a bit of an investment (but cheaper than losing your job from oversleeping).I also LOVE the app. (I haven’t had to pay for it or subscribe - if you want the community aspect and challenges there may be a fee, but I’m able to access the alarms and wake up features I need). Last 2 photos are one of my alarms. You can set it to make you scan a QR code (you’ll have to print it out and put it somewhere), do jumping jacks, or do a puzzle on the app. I’ve only used the puzzle, but it has a few different types of puzzles it randomizes (they help wake your brain up a little bit).Next 2 options are preventing you from snoozing, or you have it zap you again when you snooze.Light sleep tries to wake you up during a lighter sleep cycle.Escalating alarm helps with battery life and incremental gets louder or increases the zap ⚡️until you wake up.Smart alarm makes sure you didn’t fall back asleep by checking to see if you’re moving; if you don’t move within 5 minutes the alarm goes off again. All are optional (& free / with the cost of the watch). You can also set the amounts of the volume, zap level, and vibration levels from 0-100%. I usually use between 70-80% (with the escalating alarm). The shock watch also has an option for bad habits (like skin picking/smoking). You can set it to shock, beep, or vibrate if you raise your hand up (near your head). That’s also optional, it works okay (not really what I bought It for) but I’d like to see an option to maybe “train” it to alert you in a certain position or a certain amount of time maybe.Overall, I love It; I am Still employed. I love the purple color, and the shock part definitely works. I did want to point out that my wrists are TINY (~6 inches); the smallest notch is slightly tight, but I usually use the 2nd smallest, so may not work as well if you have child-sized wrists like me lol but all in all 10/5 ⭐️

Impressive Implementation of a Unique Way to Kickstart Your Day
The Shock Clock 3 from Pavlok is a game-changer for anyone struggling to wake up in the morning. Its unique ability to detect movement and wake you during light sleep is particularly impressive, ensuring that you start your day feeling refreshed rather than groggy. For me this feature is a standout, as it significantly reduces the chances of waking up during deep sleep, which can leave you feeling disoriented.Backup Alarm Features:The Shock Clock 3 comes equipped with both Snooze Zap and Smart Alarm functionalities. These features serve as effective backups, allowing for a gentle wake-up experience that escalates if you don’t respond right away. This thoughtful design means you can ease into your morning without the jarring experience of a traditional alarm clock.Design and Battery Life:The device's aesthetic, particularly the purple color accents, adds a personal touch that many users will appreciate. While this may be subjective, it certainly enhances the overall appeal of the product. Moreover, the battery life is great; users can go about a week without needing to recharge, which is a significant differentiator over a device with an active screen. In addition to its alarm capabilities, the Shock Clock 3 also tracks your daily step count accurately, making it a more versatile fitness companion. This is perfect for those looking to integrate better sleep habits with an active lifestyle.Mobile App:While some may miss having a screen on the device itself, this design choice contributes to its long battery life. The accompanying app is user-friendly and allows for seamless management of all settings and features, making it easy to customize your wake-up experience. The Pavlok Shock Clock 3 effectively combines innovative technology with practical features to help improve your waking experience. Its ability to wake you at the optimal time in your sleep cycle, along with robust backup options and accurate activity tracking, makes it an excellent investment for anyone looking to enhance their morning routine.

Overall good product
This item is pretty expensive for what it is. However, it functioned just like it was supposed to, and it effectively wakes me up every morning. The battery will last me the whole work week. The beeping isn’t very loud so I wouldn’t count on it to wake you up. The product is very easy to use, and gives off quite a shock. Over all I would say this is a quality product if you have trouble waking up in the mornings. My only complaints is the price for what it is and the app could definitely use some work. I would give it a 4.5 if I could but its not perfect so I couldn’t give it 5
