Great for the money... but....
I'll start with the pros-The light state is the lightest I've ever seen from a 2x4. Lighter than HD 240 singles too.-its light blue while welding-pretty clear-great bang for the buckCons-Very clear but not quiet as crisp as a Lincoln or HD 240- it's kinda like it let's a millisecond of light thru right when you fire up. Lots of lens do it and it's not a problem because even the clear state is protective. But it kinda feels bad after a while. Maybe it's just because I use high frequently start. I don't know.Great for the money.

Amazing
I had an older version of this lens, a 3/11 shade, and I thought that was a great lens... This version is even better though! So clear in the passive state, great color while welding, and the shade 2.5/11 is perfect for my every day Tig welding needs. I run all different amperages (from 30 or less up to 150+ on AC) and I don't feel much eye strain at all throughout the day. This new version is also much more sensitive than the older one I have, doesn't flicker at low amps.Totally worth the money, I have a Lincoln Electric Viking 3350 as well and I like this lens way more! Only use that one now when I need adjustable shades for something, or to plasma cut.

Great clarity, buy a shade darker
The lense is very clear, puddle and arc clarity is good, I can see where I'm going well. Fits perfectly in my fiber-metal pipeliner. I would reccomend buying a shade darker than you usually would, I bought shade 10 and it feels about the same as my shade 9 fixed shade
