Happy at first but now having issues with trailing
Product worked well for the first month or two, but no I have issues with it picking up the pen when it’s hovering above the screen, it’s leaving a trail when I write. Tried changing the nib it did nothing. Contacted help desk they said to go back to where I bought it and return.

Very user friendly
This is a great tool! Very easy to use, great for writing on documents etc. Lots of features are included which I wasn't expecting for example video creation. It is so helpful being able to see what you are writing on the pad as well as the screen. The hardest part was downloading the software which took a few attempts but got there in the end.
