STUNNING
Beautiful yarn to work with it’s lovely and soft.Consistent thickness throughout the yarn with no knots and does not tangle whilst knitting.Stunning colours that blend well together. One ‘cake’ was enough to complete a generous infinity scarf, that is super warm and cozy!!The hardest part was deciding the colour combinations I wanted the most and what I intended to make! The colours range from pale lilac to deep purple, five shades per cake.Highly recommended yarn that I bought in two other colourways too, to make a shawl, and the colours compliment each other across the range.

Great wool
Can’t fault this brand! Always amazing colours and wonderful to work with. Just wish it would finish on the same colour as it started to make projects easier

Knotty wool
I recently got back into crocheting, after a long break from doing it, after some encouragement from work colleagues. One of my colleagues was knitting with this, and then gave me the remainder of the wool.I have never progressed beyond making a square, and would get frequently bored with having to change wool etc. This is a "clever" wool as the colours change frequently. You do get some occasional blips in colour, where a darker colour will slip in, but I can see one blip where this happened. It's also a nice mixture of wool, in each "cake", and a nice range of colours, so you'll be hard pressed to choose what one to do next.I found the easiest way to do this was to work from the middle, out. You do end up with a rather pathetic pile of wool, by the time you get to the outer colours, by at least starting, you don't have to do that annoying thing with turning the wool every so often. There are knots - it's wool, of course there's going to be knots - but none were particularly difficult, and had obviously just been tangled at some point. I only had to cut the wool to remove a knot once, and that was my fault, because I pulled it too tight. The wool isn't the softest, and I wouldn't recommend using for kids or baby clothes, if that's what you're intending to do with it. It isn't rough exactly, but I have definitely felt softer wool.It does end up quite dense, and feels quite heavy if you're sitting with it on your lap for any amount of time.I have now bought the wool in Blackberry Mousse, for another project, and I will be nice and cosy under my new throw for my bed.
