I find this product really works for me. I damaged my knee two months ago and really thought it was going to be permanent and was forced to use a stick. After deeply massaging this gel into the joint several times a day (I had plenty of time to do it since I was imoblile forced to sit with the leg up ) there was marked improvement daily. Two months on the knee is better than before the injury. An added benefit is that my stiff and painful thumb joints are now pain free having absorbed the gel during the treatment. It is well worth a try but requires persistance and massage.

I hope this gel helps inflammation as it says it does.

It works quite quickly ..I went to buy again but found same product ONLY sold by another seller almost £5 more ...WHY?

It's smooth and cool but only used it a few days hoping it works well
