I have ordered this three times now, it does what it says, helps with internal organs, it smells okay, the colour and texture is very nice, the bottle is beautiful and it has a sharp peppery taste, which I now like, I take it in the morning- half a shot glass. Or I have Used on my salad as a dresser. Nice. It has great health benefits which I why its worth me repeating the purchase.Made an omelette with the oil , the peppery taste is nice. Cooking with is also an option but I like to take it on its own.
