Cheap and comfortable alternative to a cup
I decided to try this product as an alternative to menstrual cups as I was getting worse cramping with them in. I also do not enjoy feeling the cup unfold inside of me! This disc was initially pretty uncomfortable when I tried inserting it standing up. It was much better when I inserted it sitting on the toilet however. It had not leaked as far as I know. I think the large one may not fit well, but I have a pretty short vaginal canal and have never given birth. It’s nice to have the option I guess!

Been through a few discs. . . (Hello Disc Alternative!)
I’ve tried the pixie and the lumma disc. I loved them, but the strings felt annoying to me. However, when I cut the strings on these products, I struggled to remove the discs, as the “bulbs” on the end of the strings were no longer there to help me with removal. This lead me back to the hello disc.I loved the hello disc because it didn’t have the strings—it had a pull tab— so I didn’t feel the same annoying strings below my cervix. However, my hello disc put pressure on my bladder, causing generalized discomfort. For me, the rim was too firm. Bodyotics was the disc to fix this problem for me!I’ve seen a few people say this disc was harder to insert, and I would agree—but only because the rim is more soft and gentle (try a lubricant to help if you need)! I would definitely recommend trying the hello disc due to ease of insertion, but if that disc causes discomfort, I’d recommend this disc! It’s affordable and has a pull tab! It’s the “goldilocks” disc for me, personally! (It’s similar to the soft disc but has a pull tab! I love the soft disc, but it was really hard for me to remove.)(As I side note, I’ve also used cups. Everyone is different, but discs were way easier for me!)I hope this helps! Love that this brand is so affordable!EDIT: I tried the ecoblossom disc after I had a leak with this disc. The ecoblossom disc was also too firm for me, so I came back to this one. With all my discs and cups, this is the one I come back to because it’s soft, and I don’t feel the pressure against my bladder. Definitely the perfect disc for me but wish they made a round shape, too!

They work well but minor issues
First of all, they do work like they should but they're not really for me. The issues I have are with the shape and the tabs. The shape is comfortable enough but after using them for months, I feel like they don't seal well for my shape. I've had more issues with leakage than I did when I first bought them and now it's if the flow is too heavy. As for the tabs, I liked the idea but I found them hard to grab and uncomfortable with where they fall on my body. I cut them off and that helped for a bit but after a while it caused discomfort again. I like them okay and I like that they come in different sizes.

Learning curve
These are flimsy as the bottom doesn’t open up fully, but the rim does. It doesn’t leak however, the flimsiness of it helps it to be literally pain and feel free.

Been through it, these are the best
Mom of three. Tired of using throw-away products and spending money on uncomfortable options. I've tried different tampons, pads, period panties, cups, and finally, these. I haven't bought or even thought about another period product since. They're flexible, easy to clean, so comfortable I don't even feel them. I did some research about how to find the best fit and combination of features and landed on this brand. Getting two different sizes, and carrying cases, for less than the cost of other brands was a huge bonus, because I have used both sizes interchangeably.Like other reusable period products, these may have a learning curve if you're new to the product. There are plenty of videos available out there to help the beginner feel comfortable, and I'd recommend watching at least a couple before you take the jump. It took me a few cycles to really get the positioning right before I got zero leaks, but once I did, I was able to go swimming, take long car rides, and go hiking with the disc in. Like a good old silly tampon commercial, except these actually are comfortable, even if the other symptoms aren't. Speaking of, as someone who once suffered from debilitating cramps that only got worse after having kids, wearing the flexible disc definitely contributed to my cramps losing intensity. These are easier to remove than a cup. They don't have suction, so there's no awkward "omg am I sucking out my soul" when removing.

Wanted to like this Disc
I really wanted to love this. I currently use the Hello disc but it's messy during removal and a couple days of my period my cervix sits a bit low so I also wanted a smaller disc with a pull tab. This product it was recommended by a friend so there are some people that love it but I've only used it 2x since purchase 5 months ago. 2/20 period days are bad odds. I like the size and it's comfortable when it's inserted but getting in in is a pain.1. The texture of the bodyotics disc is velvety soft (vs almost plastic-y smooth like the hello disc) if you have a drier vagina the friction is painful even when the bodyotics is wet. I know some people keep lube in their bathroom but I don't so it's inconvenient for me.2. The rim of the bodyotics disc is very flexible. Which is why the disc is so comfortable when it's inside however during the insertion any pressure to push it inside will cause it to collapse on itself like a pancake and lose its slim pinched shape that is required for insertion.I still haven't found a alternative for my Hello disc, I deal with the explosion that come when I remove it and I wear period underwear on days my cervix is low. All of this annoyance is still preferable to trying to get the bodyotics Disc to work for me.
