2XSenses Spare,Cat, Illuminated Balls for Speed Circuit, Pack of 2 for All Breed Sizes

I bought two of the cat senses circuits for my indoor cat, we change them round to different shapes,she absolutely loves to play with it. We purchased extra illuminated balls, & she has so much fun. I would highly recommend any of the cat senses items. They are sturdy, fantastic value for money, & give her so much fun & excercise. I will certainly be purchasing more items from this brand.

My cat likes these balls more than other LED balls, because they flash very brightly and faster than other balls, so they have more a strobe type effect especially when it is dark. The LEDS in them are red, not yellow or white as you might imagine. I also get them because they fit the Catit circuits and most other LED balls are too big.Haven't had any problems with my cat being able to activate the balls like the previous reviewer, but my cat is a fairly large boy cat. They shouldn't need much force to make them flash, unlike something like a babble ball, so I wonder if the previous reviewer's product was faulty.I don't like the fact you can't change the batteries in them without cracking the join in the plastic open. That said you can crack them open and replace the batteries with watch batteries from the pound shop ;) and either carefully glue or tape them back together, but they are much more fragile afterwards, so they need keeping an eye on when they are being used. They could have designed these balls so they screw or unclip open, but they obviously wanted to them to be a throw away product, which I guess is why you get two in a pack.The batteries last a lot longer if you take the ball out of the track when it is not being played with. They seem to move about and start flashing when people walk past, or if there is a breeze or...Not a good idea to put the original heavy balls in the circuit at the same time as these light plastic ones. Thea heavier ones can easier crack the LED balls if they knock together.Overall I do think they make the play circuits more fun.

My cats love to chase the light up balls

Got these to go in the track because they light up and are more exciting. They automatically turn on when they sense movement and switch off they stop. Cat loves them.

First one broke in half, and second one flashes all the time when no-one is near it. Cat loves them but will soon need more as batteries can't be changed. Is there not a version where you can replace batteries?

I bought this set to replace the standard ball that comes with the catit track. My cat was not interested in the standard ball but absolutely adores the light up one and plays with her ball in the track daily, laying on her scratch mat whilst chasing the ball around the track with her paws.Love that there's 2 in the pack so that once batteries run out in the first, there's a replacement and time then to purchase another set.It would be nice if these were made to house replaceable batteries to be more eco friendly, but I understand that that would add extra risk of the housing opening and access to the battery for pets and children.Absolutely recommend these light up balls for cats that find standard balls utterly uninteresting, like mine does. Battery seems to be lasting a long time too.

Our kitten loves these balls either by them selves, or in the speed circuit, I think the illumination sets them apart from other balls, they seem to hold her attention for longer

The media could not be loaded. My 8-month-old Persian kitten loves this ball, it's very bright and works flawlessly! She loves playing with her toy with the ball spinning around. I can hear her playing with it in the middle of the daytime and at nighttime too. The color of the ball is nice and bright and attracts my kitten, she loves it. The ball spins easily with no issues inside her toy. It has lit up every single time that she has swatted it. I highly recommend this illuminated ball cat toy for your cat or kitten, they will get hours of enjoyment from it!
