Good materials, solid construction

I haven't had much chance to do advanced testing yet (I want to build a scale for my brewing activity), but this load cell is a very heavy-duty, solid chunk of aluminum, with the strain gauges apparently sealed behind a nice layer of silicone rubber. I was able to see roughly the correct amount of voltage coming out of the bridge as I deflected the beam, and the offset with zero deflection was less than 1 mV.
