I replace the small leather band with "MARATHON Watch Ballistic Nylon Watch Band, Military Grade with Stainless Steel, Non-magnetic Buckle", a perfect match I think, and it is water proof (the watch itself is only partially waterproof).

This is a precious watch. I would have preferred the finish to be a little shinier, but great watch face. It has a second hand and the band works well for a small to medium woman's wrist. For the price, this is a great buy. This Mickey is vintage, with big hands and feet; so adorable!
