Novus Plastic Polish Kit 1&2 x 59,20 ml (2 once) + 4 wipes

I have made some replacement 3mm "glass" panels for a carriage clock and I used this to polish the bevelled edges which I produced with a sharp smoothing plane and then 240 and 400grit paper. Worked a treat. Be warned, when first opened, my bottles were pressurised and squirted the stuff everywhere.

This is a great little product. Use properly works well.

I bought this expecting a mediocre result but was pleasantly surprised. Removed scratches on plastic. Seems expensive but does the job

Didnt really make any different to the plastics on my bike. Had to resort to wet an dry to get the scratches out - which were not that deep.

The set came with very cheap paper towels that aren't even worth trying to use. You'll only be dissatisfied when you wear a hole in them and towel breaks down during the clean, leaving paper flakes on your project.I used multiple microfiber clothes during this clean and got mediocre results at best. See pics.In short, (according to the album I was playing) I spent 50 minutes on a Pioneer turntable lid which was already in decent shape, just had a slight patina. I did just the exterior of the top side, 1 surface. I was that dissatisfied with the results I didn't do the remaining sides. Just stopped.This is advertised as a premium product and priced accordingly but it can't deliver, even when given the best opportunity from someone that knows what they are doing. Scratches aren't removed, the acrylic around them just gets shiny which doesn't do as advertised, or meet expectations. Again see pics.Item returned.

Worked very well at removing scratches from clear plastic, especially after using very fine wet and dry first.

You end up with a good shine.
