Faulty product and difficult returns process
The spool repeatedly fell off when the strimmer was turned on because it wouldn't seat properly in the device. Initially, the returns process was very difficult and kept going in circles. Eventually I used the AI chat, and I received a full refund within seconds. However, this process was far from straightforward.
