Great product, not sticky or clumpy, smells nice too

Have been using this for the past year now and finally wanted to review.Bad points1- it’s slightly more expensive than I’d like to pay, however it really is worth spending that little bit more2 - the smell might not be to everyone’s taste3 - put to much in and hair is going to look clumpy & harder to style tooGood points1- easy to apply due to its consistency & stays on your hair not all over your fingers2- easy to style my hair and holds well3- washes out pretty easily4- smells great5- short hair so a pot lasts a long timeWould I recommend this yes, is it easy to use yes, it just does what I want and does it simply

Love this gel as it lasts so long. You only need a tiny amount on towel dried hair and it holds all day while looking natural. I don't like the wet, greasy look so this is ideal. My hair is really thin and this stuff is so sticky that it gives it a thicker look - its alnost like glue but washes out easy and doesn't stain pillows as much as other products I've used. I spike my hair up at the front and give it a bit of a messy look on top. Previously used VO5 rework and then Fudge Urban which is pretty good but this stuff is less clumpy and lasts longer. Give it a try. First got some from my local barber and then found it on here (although not as cheap!). The toffee one smells like vomit but once it's on your head you don't notice it and no one has ever commented. Maybe I have really bad BO and it masks it...

Kipa Toffee Fibre Paste is surely a wonderful product well deserving of five stars. It has great hold and just the right about of shine. The obvious selling point about this product is the smell (which I personally love).This product goes through the hair really well, it is very easy to apply and doesn’t clump in your hair. The only thing to remember is to use sparingly as a little goes a long way, and if you feel the need to you can always apply more later. If you apply too much it will look clumpy and not as natural. The product is also really easy to wash out.Although, if you are trying to achieve a matt finish this product might not be right for you as there still a little shine but for the style that I am trying to achieve it is brilliant. Do not think that it has a massive about of shine though as it is not a pomade. So, if you’re looking for a Matt finish use a clay and if you are looking for a slicker finish try a pomade.The thing that I absolutely love about this product is the toffee smell, it is what attracted me to it on first use. I personally find it a nice subtle smell not too overpowering and it is still a long-lasting smell. However, the smell has left my friends divided with some agreeing with me and others thinking that it smells a little overbearing and others thinking it smells a little chemically but again if you use too much then there is bound to be some issues with it.The only other issue, if you’re going to be really picky is that it is sort of difficult to get of your hands after use and if you don’t have time to wash your hands after applying then you will notice it throughout the day.

I really rate this product as it provides great hold for coarse straight hair. It’s matt finish just like it said on the jar. I will definitely buy again.

Wish I'd found this 10 years ago. Perfect clay for my hair. Holds well without adding shine or grease.
