Bought this after emergency surgery to rebuild my gut biome. I am a fan of Thorne products, and this arrived quickly and is fantastic. My GI tract discomfort was solved, the price is good, and I will continue buying this. *Edited this because I somehow didn't "meet community standards" which is astounding as it's hard to know what's controversial about an effective probiotic supplement.*

I’ve been loving this probiotic I really love that you old need to drink 1 capsule rather than two. It’s been helping with bloating I’ve been see such an improvement sense I started taking them.

Ever since I started taking these probiotics, my digestion has felt so much smoother. I love that they’re formulated with women’s health in mind. These probiotics help reduce bloating and constipation. I feel like I’m giving my gut self care. Thorne is 3rd part tested, and know god their quality. The price is comparable to other quality probiotics. I feel healthier and more balanced overall.

I tried these and had bloating and discomfort. So I quit. Then I tried one more time. It took about a week to get through the transition. I'll take for a few more months before I know if they're helping, but Thorne is a really good brand and I picked these strains specifically.

Over the years I have tried many brands of feminine/vaginal probiotics, some have worked better than others, but this one from Thorne has absolutely been the best. After taking these for 3 for 4 days all odor dissapeared. I was excited to see they made one because I've purchased from them before and I would say they are on the higher end of quality as far as supplements go. I was also happy they included rueteri which is such an amazing and beneficial strain of bacteria. I would highly recommend this one if you are looking for a female probiotic!
