Our dog is almost 20 lbs, with a neck that measures 11.5 inches around. The medium size fits PERFECTLY. The first night I didn't tighten it enough and she was able to tuck her snout down enough to chew through the velcro strap. I stitched it back on and tightened it enough for the two ends to touch, and it's worked perfectly since then. Zero complaints, and I'm starting to think she actually likes having it on, lol.I preferred this to the cone because the cone restricted her vision, felt bulky around her face, and prevented her from licking her thighs and legs. We only wanted her to not be able to reach the stitches when she was spayed, and it does exactly that. The plush material is soft, it doesn't obstruct her vision, allows her to eat/drink without issue, and is almost like a pillow for her when she sleeps.The Velcro holds tight, and it hasn't leaked any air at all since It was first inflated. The plug tucks in entirely so nothing bothers her skin, and and the pink color looks cute on her.Highly recommended for newly spayed dogs, or dogs you want to prevent from licking their belly area. Great product, great quality.

My 7-month old puppy just had hip surgery and this was a welcome alternative to the cone of shame. He’s less than four pounds and I thought even the size small might be too big, but it was perfect. He seems very comfortable in the collar and it’s easy to attach and detach when he needs a break, as well as adjust when needed. Super satisfied with this purchase!

I purchased this collar for my Corgi Mix because he had surgery on his backside to remove some tumors. It is very easy to blow up and very easy to put it on. He doesn't seem to mind it much although of course he would prefer not to wear it. I remove it when he is eating but watch him carefully to make sure he is not at his incision. He sleeps fine with it and hopefully another week wearing it and we can remove it. I would highly recommend this collar, and the price was very good.

Over the decades we've owned lots of dog collars/cones/items and this is great for minor restriction of movement. It works well to prevent licking of front paws/legs, but not the back ones. We've found that if you inflate it 3/4 of the way our dogs don't mind it at all as it doubles as a pillow. Fully inflated it is just too restrictive for them to comfortably sleep.The unique double nozzle design is also wonderful! That and the soft but (so far) sturdy fabric make this the best inflatable donut we've ever owned!So if you need to restrict access to front areas this is awesome!

Great idea, and did last couple days 🤣 I have a husky. I purchased this one to make her more comfortable after getting surgery. If you are supervising every minute it’s a great tool and she looks comfortable. But if you are not 100% supervising your dog well, it will get damaged 🤣 she did let it last for couple days so that’s a plus. Came quickly seems good quality and comfortable

I originally gave this product one star, because I could not figure out, from the instructions on the packaging, how to inflate it successfully. The friend who recommended this product to me told me to use the instructions on the Amazon page. I hadn't even noticed them there. Worked like a charm--and you will need them because it's an unusual set-up. Once inflated, it stays inflated. It's soft and my dog seems to actually like it. The company needs to improve their package instructions, but for now, just follow the ones on the Amazon page and it will be easy-peasy.

My dog got neutered so instead of using the cone of shame, I purchased this. He was able to get it off almost immediately. It's really soft, I just wish we would have been able to use it.

First and foremost very comfortable and easy to inflate. Only down side my pup was still able to reach her hind leg. Otherwise it elected her head comfortably, the material is nice and soft and true to size. I have a small Pom and fit perfectly.
