It is just like great pillow, feels comfortable for a long period of time when you lying on it and same time you feel that is stretching your neck very gently. So far I been lying on it two times first time around 30 min and last night I actually felt asleep on it but moved to other pillow later on.

Ordered item in black and blue item was delivered. Clearly been used so will need a good clean before I can use it. Instructions were all in another language so will need to google what the different sides are for, how long to use etc. Shame really as think the product is probably quite good, just lack of care and attention in packaging.

This item arrived in an undamaged box in an interior white bag which both looked unopened and clean. However on opening the bag to use the item it had dirty marks on it and looked used! Also the instructions were all in Chinese and therefore unusable! Very unhygienic! Cannot leave no stars which is why there is one star!

Rather small and plastic was too hard. Found it painful to use and returned...

For what it is, it's a little expensive, there are no instructions, but it works - and that's all you need to know from a review!!! 😁

Only just recieved it so cant do a fair review. Used it once for 20 minutes. Quite comfy
