The media could not be loaded. I seen this at double the price and had a quick look got it cheaper and the kids love it. I found if the water isn’t up to at least min it will fall down but we added more water and it worked perfect. Kids love it worth it

Lights don’t always work but it’s now too late to return.

Not at all happy wit this product. The fixing mechanism swivels so with the turbulence of the bubbles and its own weight it just flops over, then when you try and stand it up again it just comes detached. Sorry but a total waste of time and money.

The media could not be loaded. I'm disappointed in this product as I thought it would add a nice feature to the hot tap in the pictures. It looks like the water spouts out nicely but in reality I barely trickles

Does what it says well. I have a Singapore lay z spa and this works really well. Shoots a steady stream of water nearly to the other side, you can go under it without getting wet! Led lightung is a nice touch, and has a colour changing option too. Just remember to keep your filter clear and clean to get enough pressure. All lay z spa air pumps are the same as far as I am aware so I can't see any reason apart from poor maintenance why it wouldn't work effectively. You can change the angle of the fall too. Just wish you could support it when the bubbles are on, it will fall to one side as the magnetic connection isn't strong enough for that force. Otherwise fine... Enjoy!
