Was a bit concerned what I would be getting back I'm very happy with the Dell laptop

Came with a damaged screen-screen completely failed after a few weeks
This laptop came with a damaged screen-screen leakage in the bottom of the screen that spread everywhere after a few weeks. Now the screen is completely broken-black screen.I was unable to send it back to the supplier as it was proving too expensive as well as most couriers refusing to take international shipments because of the battery. The supplier gave me a discount which at the time was appreciated but now the laptop screen is completely useless. Waste of money and a bit of an ordeal to be honest.

Not Renewed – Absolutely Disgusting Condition and Completely Faulty
I was extremely disappointed when I received this laptop. I ordered it under the impression that it was renewed, meaning tested, cleaned, and in fully working order. That was not the case. The laptop arrived filthy – there were visible crumbs stuck around the keyboard, smudges all over the screen, and a strong musty smell that suggested it had been stored somewhere unpleasant for a long time.The laptop doesn't even close properly. The lid stays slightly open and won't shut flat, which makes carrying it around unsafe and awkward. There were deep scratches and worn-out areas on the casing, clearly showing signs of heavy use. These kinds of physical defects were never mentioned in the description, and for something supposedly “renewed,” this is completely unacceptable.On top of that, the charger was a disaster. It didn’t even work – I tried plugging it in multiple sockets and it never powered on the laptop once. The charger was loosely placed next to the device without any care, and the wire was kinked and looked used beyond its lifespan. I had to use a spare one I had at home just to get the laptop to turn on.Even when I did manage to power it up, the laptop ran extremely slowly and froze several times before reaching the desktop. I’ve used budget laptops before, but this was something else – it felt like it hadn’t even been reset properly.There was no instruction manual or setup guide included either, which made things even more frustrating, especially for someone who expected a ready-to-use, cleaned, and tested device.Overall, I feel completely misled. This is not a renewed item by any proper standard – it’s just a heavily used laptop sent out in unacceptable condition. Extremely disappointing experience.
