Convenient, warming.
I like the dispenser cap, clean and sanitary rather than dipping into a jar. I have only used it once for a spasming muscle in the side of my back. Haven't needed it again. I bought a pack of three...economical price.

Best muscle rub ever
This cream is amazing. It doesn’t have a strong lingering smell like the leading brands. It applied smoothly and it dries quickly. It last a long time. The first time I used it, I applied it at 2:06pm and didn’t needed to reapply until almost 10pm. I’ve had some old injuries from my military days and this cream is very effective in keeping comfortable through the day and it has become part of my night time routine. Definitely recommend it.
