Very supportive
Our dog has two torn ACLs and this product worked really well in supporting her walking while she was still recovering. It is easy to use and true to size. I would recommend this product.

Don't waste your money!! No support at all!!
Don't waste your money!! NO support, slips, not good design... I think this company paid off people to recvend this worthless "brace"... I immediately purchased a brace that actually supports and has a much smarter design. Hopefully I get my money back with this thing.! i'd give zero stars if I could.

Dog Knee Brace OrtoCanis
The media could not be loaded. I want to Thank OrtoCanis for their assistance with getting my dog the perfect fit.(my small dog has an ACL issue, and we are considering surgery)In the meantime, we want to provide her with a bit of comfort while we make our decision.I applied the knee brace on the Right Rear leg and fit very well. (snug, but not too tight)I was a little concerned the over strap would slip off the upper rear end but stayed on much better than I expected.Soon, she was walking on all four legs again.. (cautiously)We are very pleased with OrtoCanis Knee Brace and would highly recommend it.Customer service and delivery was first class..(When my dog feels better, I feel better..) Kindest Regards. It’s just ok
Meh. Not loving it. I don’t know that it’s helping my dog with her gimpy leg. She’s about 55 pounds, black lab, and it seems a bit loose on her. It seems to be built well and it’s easy to put on. She doesn’t mind wearing it. I rarely use it now.

Helped my dog prior to ACL surgery
My dog (11 year old 70 pound shepherd mix) tore his ACL. We're opting for surgery but need to wait 2-3 weeks. I got this brace to help him get around with less discomfort and wobbling, and to help him pee and poop which he's having trouble with.I got the large size and I have to say the fit is about perfect. I measured per the instructions before buying. His rear hips are a little higher than his front shoulders, which is unusual for a shepherd breed dog (I think he has some boxer and/or retriever), and this helps the cross-strap stay in place. Even so it doesn't stay super well. He only wears the brace for short periods, if he wore it longer i would put a collar or shoulder harness on him and attach the cross strap of the brace to that with string or stretchy material. If your dog's rear end slopes down you're definitely going to need something like this to keep the brace on.The brace is a kind of stiff neoprene material, it reduces the range of motion of his knee which I think is a good thing, but there are no metal or rigid parts to give structural support. I think it is a good temporary solution to help before and maybe after surgery but I don't think it is sturdy enough to replace surgery or be used long term. Just my opinion, I'm not a vet or anything.

Used Item Received
Item received was not new, as evidenced by dog hair all over it. This tiny brace isn't cheap, so receiving a used product isn't acceptable. If the design were better I'd accept it w/ partial refund. But it's just not suitable for my chihuahua.

Great product
Our dog has arthritis in both his back legs. These braces allow him to bear weight on them on his bad days.

You may get a used one ! BEWARE
I ordered this brand new and I payed full price for this and some how ended up with a used one the package it was in was open there was dog hair and a stain on it, my dog really needed it since her CCL tore so I had to disinfect and clean it and used it. Disappointed I paid full price for something used, other than that it fits well and is helping my dog
