Great looking fireplace!
Had a video wall built and decided to have a fire fitted. I wanted something that looked good and found Truflame online. This 72” electric fire seemed ideal and had the look I was after. We don’t have a gas supply and we also have underfloor heating so wasn’t too worried about heat output but I have to say the heat output (2 levels) is very good even though we have a large living area. I think it is ideal for us and looks great when lit. Various colours and brightness levels are available as are 3 types of fire display. We used the crystal effect (as in the photo) but it can be changed for log or coal-effect if wanted. Well pleased and highly recommend!

Terrible product and service

Fire has intermittent electrical fault
This fire was purchased last year in the sale & only recently installed in our newly built garden room. It looks amazing & initially worked perfectly for a couple of weeks. Now the fire suddenly switches off after 2-3mins & won’t switch on. After approximately 5-10mins there is an clear audible click, then the fire switches on & remains on. This happens every time. I contacted Wall Mounted Fires via text to their MD. He replied, “it sounds like an electrical fault” but hasn’t bothered to reply to my request for a repair or replacement. Definitely wouldn’t purchase from this company again.

So easy to order and install...
Not quite finished yet, but looks amazing! So easy to fit, not sure what we are going to use! Crystals, pebbles or logs. We are so pleased with this fire it’s just perfect for what we needed.
