Very Best of Coldplay - 2nd Edition (Easy Guitar With Notes & Tab)

Bought this for my son for Christmas and he loved it. He has been learning guitar and wanted to play something little more challenging

If you know how to read tab, this is great for you!

I have their original recording tab books and some of the transcriptions are way more complicated than this book without actually making you sound like the recorded versionWith this book you don't have to do the finger gymnastics and yet the end result sounds good

My husband was pleased with his pressie. As I am not a guitar player I haven't tried using the book myself, so can't comment further.

Christmas gift

Just a little too difficult for me at the moment, but in a few more weeks I'll be there! I hope :-)

It had all my Coldplay songs. Easy to follow and immediately. I have added it to my collection of music from the immortal Beatles.

Positiv an dem Buch ist der Versuch, die Komplexität er Coldplay Songs einfach zu gestalten. Melodie + Texte + Akkorde für die Schrammelgitarre - fertig. Dass Coldplay Tunings meist aus dem Rahmen EADGHE fallen ist ja unter Musikern hinlänglich bekannt. Schade, dass nahezu kein Song in Oiginaltonart notiert ist. Das erschwert das "Kontroll-Mitspielen" mit der CD und die Stimmung der Songs leidet auch. In Verbindung mit weiteren "Recherchen" ist das Buch ganz nett - aber nicht mehr.
