SwatchGent BIOSOURCED Clearly Quartz Watch

This watch is very unique, it’s probably one of the coolest affordable watches I’ve seen. I saw reviews of people saying the strap was stiff but to be honest it’s not that bad. My only concern is the quality of the watch and me not knowing how durable it is. But also this is not an everyday watch it’s more like a once in a while special occasion type of watch. It’s a little on the smaller side and even with me having small wrists i would’ve liked it to be a little bigger. Other than that the watch is great!

Bought this for my wife as a retro item from the 80s that could be useful today. She doesn't like to wear bulky watches that get in the way of day-to-day work. This watch is stylish, but you don't have to worry about it being too precious. And, the clear, thin wrist band makes it wearable for many different occasions.

I can hear the watch ticking in my living room, it amazed me how loud it was. These watches are supposed to be cheap and nice, this one was cheap and cheap.

My son wanted this. I had to get it as it was the same watch I had as a teenager. Talk about a blast from the past!

When I was a teenager, I always wanted a Swatch Watch. Mom never would splurge. So I decided to get myself one just because.This watch is very cute and surprisingly versatile. 5 stars for aesthetics.Everything else about the watch is cheap and marginal. First, pulling out the stem doesn't stop the movement. I have a lot of watches, so I always rest the batteries on the ones I don't wear. And although the ease to change the battery in this watch is commendable (easy access on back of case), I don't want to have to keep replacing batteries.The band is the biggest disappointment. I thought it would be flexible silicone like you see on phone cases. Not at all. It is a very rigid plastic. The watch comes packaged laid flat in a (totally unimpressive) box. Shipping a watch flat is ok if you could easily bend the strap. But you can't. One side of the rigid strap was always flat on my wrist. In order to mold it to wear this so it is comfortable, I had to buckle the watch to a bracelet pillow as tightly as I could for 2 weeks.Which brings me to the buckle. It's plastic, too. Why??? To get the strap end under the buckle, you really have to flex that inflexible strap quite a bit. Sometimes it takes a few tries to buckle the darn thing.You would think given how light it is, it would be comfortable to wear, but not so far. Maybe it needs to "break in" for another several months (!!) before I'll enjoy the feeling of it on my wrist.I didn't pay a lot for this watch (around $60), and I am glad I didn't. But even at the price I would not buy it again. It's really attractive, but that's about all I can say about it.

the watch fits great but ticks loudly, especially noticeable at night when sleeping. you have to pull the dial twice to set the time.
