Better than the stips
The Airmax Nasal Dilators have proven to be a simple yet effective solution for reducing snoring and improving breathing during sleep. After several weeks of use, I am impressed with its performance and ease of use. I had used the nasal strips but found them too sticky and a cause of nose breakouts.Packaging and Presentation:The Airmax Nasal Dilators come in a small, compact box with clear instructions on how to use the product. The packaging is straightforward and functional, ensuring that the dilators are kept clean and protected. The product includes a convenient storage case, which is great for hygiene and portability.Design and Comfort:The design of the Airmax Nasal Dilators is minimalistic and practical. Made from soft, medical-grade plastic, they are designed to fit comfortably inside the nostrils without causing irritation. The material is flexible yet sturdy enough to maintain its shape, ensuring consistent performance throughout the night. You will fell it for the first few minutes of use, but I was amazed how quickly I forgot I had it in. Of course if you bump your nose, you will feel it. No issue tossing around at night.Snoring Reduction: The nasal dilators effectively reduce snoring by opening up the nasal passages, allowing for better airflow. My husband has definitely noticed the difference so it is better sleep quality for both myself and my partner.Breathing Improvement: Aside from reducing snoring, the dilators also improve overall breathing. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in nasal congestion and easier breathing, especially during allergy season.Comfort: The dilators are comfortable to wear and do not cause any discomfort or pressure inside the nostrils. They are barely noticeable once inserted, making it easy to forget they are even there. The Airmax Nasal Dilators are incredibly easy to use. Simply insert them into your nostrils before bed, ensuring they are properly positioned for maximum airflow. The clear instructions make the process straightforward, even for first-time users.Durability and Maintenance:The nasal dilators are durable and can be reused for several months before needing replacement. Cleaning them is simple—just rinse with warm water and mild soap. However, over time, the plastic may lose some of its flexibility, which is normal for a product of this nature.Value for Money:Given their effectiveness and durability, the Airmax Nasal Dilators offer excellent value for money. They are priced reasonably compared to other anti-snoring devices and provide a cost-effective solution for improving sleep quality.Pros:Effective: Significantly reduces snoring and improves breathing.Comfortable: Soft, medical-grade plastic ensures a comfortable fit.Easy to use: Simple insertion process with clear instructions.Durable: Reusable and easy to clean.Portable: Compact and comes with a storage case.Cons:Initial Adjustment: It may take a few nights to get used to wearing them.Durability Over Time: The plastic may lose some flexibility with prolonged use, requiring replacement.Final Verdict:The Airmax Nasal Dilators are a highly effective and comfortable solution for reducing snoring and improving nighttime breathing. Their user-friendly design and reasonable price make them a worthwhile investment for anyone struggling with snoring or nasal congestion. While it may take a short adjustment period to get used to wearing them, the overall benefits far outweigh this minor inconvenience. Highly recommended for better sleep quality and a quieter night.

HORRIBLE!!!! NOT RETURNABLE!!!! SHARP EDGES THAT CUT NOSE!!!!
Even the small is HUGE! This is so uncomfortable to put into the nose - I sneezed tons of times and then got a bloody nose with the small size, all within 10 minutes.Even when inserted all the way (had to literally push and hold it in because it was so humorously big), it didn't hold open my nostrils at all and just blocked most of my nasal airway, making it super difficult to breathe through my nose. Blocking the nasal passage entirely kind of defeats the purpose of nasal dialation... The plastic does not feel medical grade and it sharp on the edges, which cut the inside of my nose.Customer service phone number just rings, nobody even answers. There is no alternative to the phone number. I honestly wonder if this is even a real company.Honestly, overall these are a ridiculous scam and are super expensive compared to their competitors. With the price, I was hoping for a superior product and figured I could return if it didn't work since I was purchasing from amazing, but SURPRISE they are not returnable... I rarely ever review here even though I purchase from Amazon literally every single day, but this was such a horrible product and even worse customer service that I felt the need to warn others!

I liked it!!
These are for people who use Breath Right Nasal Strips or Intake bands. I thought I would give Airmax a try and prefer it. Firstly this is quite comfortable and has somewhat improved air flow over the two other products. Additionally, this is incredibly easy to insert/position. I feel like with the breath right strips and the intake magnets, you have to have thing ¨just right¨ or it doesn't work to its most effective. With the Airmax, there is really no possible placement variation. It is also more comfortable for me. I feel it less than with the strips or Intake band. Lastly removal doesnt involve pulling something sticky off of your face. The one negative for me is that sometimes I use a CPAP with nasal pillow and the way that the intake attatches, it causes a leak at the bottom of the nostril(I imagine it will work ok for a full face mask).I have used it three nights now and will likely use it every night.

Creates space but takes up space at same time
These just did not do the job. They are not pressing outward on the nostrils to open space up. The don't create any room, just prevent your nostrils from collapsing on the inhale. Perhaps some find it helpful but I need to to create some more space while doing that as well. And because these are in you nose, the silicone takes up space in your nose negating any nostril dilation. The space it may create is negated by the actual expander in the nose.

Adds too much plastic to inside of nose
Item is trying to open up nose but when inserted, there is so much plastic that it adds bulk actually to the inside of your nose, creating more air resistance, which you are trying to avoid by using the product.

you will absolutely breath better!
while it’s not the comfiest thing in the world, I would say nothing you’re inserting into your nose is going to feel awesome, and that’s just a given. it makes a huge difference in my ability to breath and for me that’s worth having something in my nose; if you’re going to be super bothered by something resting in your nose, this is not the product for you. it’s also worth noting that i have piercings on both nostrils, and this still worked great. i also noted that some people said this was too big, and i really feel like that’s not going to be an issue for the average person. unless you know that you have a tiny nose compared to the general population you should be fine.

Breathe better without it
I gambled my money on this product, because of the positive reviews and the "76% more air" marketing. It was effective in taking my money. I can breathe better without it. Had it given me 76% more air it would have been worth thousands of dollars to me. Perhaps it works better for people that don't suffer with a stuffy nose like I do.1 star because it is useless to me, and probably cost the company less than $1 to manufacture/package.
