Decent Casings
Does not easily rip which is good for a sausage casing, as you know they are often prone to ripping. But as for the eating it's not overly tough or anything. I really like the sausage I made from them. It was pretty easy to rehydrate and use. My only complaint is that the packaging printing was either poorly printed or faded.The MSRP of $9.99 (at time of review) seems decent for how much you get and the quality of it.

Fair quality but not very elastic
This skin work ok but is not very elastic and will rupture without warning.Once you get a feel for the limitations of the skin, you can do a good job with it.

Incredibly durable
I had never made sausages before but always wanted to try, so when I saw this I ordered it to test it out. I actually didn't have a sausage stuffing machine but I used my biggest funnel and it was actually super easy. My package came folded end over end about 8 inches long, I cut off a piece and threw it in some water while I mixed up ground turkey and spices. I was nervous because I had heard of "blow out" and thought I'd surely rip it my first time, but this is incredibly durable. That became even more apparent when I saw an air bubble and tried to pop it with a pin, it took a lot of force to puncture. I can't wait to make more. It came fresh and sealed, no defects that I could see so far, it has a consistent diameter and is easy to work with. I wonder why all the videos show curved sausages but mine came out straight, that's even better to fit on a bun in my opinion. Nice product, thank you.

Didn't enjoy using this.
This wasn't exactly the proper material or just a very cheap material. It doesn't work as well as others. It doesn't dampen well, stuff well, or dry well. No particular taste, but it was an odd peel. You couldn't quite peel it off after making the sausage. It was not easy to use. I wouldn't recommend.
