Always order this multivitamin as it's a good alternative to Thorne's Multivitamin. It has reasonably dosed ingredients for the cost and doesn't contain unnecessary fillers like other brands. The taste is almost non-existent and I feel it helps me remain at my energy and nutrition levels that I'd like to have for longevity and health.
