On back of first page starting at the top where it says property you can write out what you would want to leave one of your children and underneath that is his name and your relationship with those five places there that you can leave to any of your children or grandchildren.

Great set highly recommend!

I love the set it worked out perfect for my husband and I. We each bought one since we were doing separate wills. We just needed something to follow some kind of form to follow so we could get our will set up. And this kit is great it was really affordable and you get a sample will so you can do your rough draft on. And then you get two official wills to fill out. So I probably didn't need to buy an extra set for my husband. But now we each have an extra copy to use if we make any changes or we do it. This form in particular has a spot to have three witnesses sign it. In our state I googled it we only had to have two witnesses sign it but it's nice to have that extra spot there in case someone needs it. But great form!
