I thought it would actually clean Tiled floors but all it does is create wet circle marks all over the floor!! The spin speed is so slow it barely removes any actual dirt, other than shoe step's.The water bottle is tiny and there is no means of controlling the spray .. it just sprays out liquid constantly.. so your bottle is empty after about 10 mins of use!!I’m not one to make such a statement but this thing is just pointless that I went back to using my old trusted corded steam cleaner.. I’ll put up with wires for the sake of a clean floor any day!Not value for money, not practical, not worth it.. I wish Samsung would give us an updated version that works.. I’d even contribute a little towards it! No more Samsung cleaning tools for me I’m afraid.. it stops at the vacuum cleaner only now…

So I’ve ordered several because most have been faulty and I’ve had to return as defective, but I did get lucky and receive one that was working and it is a great product. I understand there has been a manufacturing fault and the spray does not work on most as the spray hole is actually covered... this is why Samsung do not sell this for this Hoover model on their website anymore.

I thought this would be really good but in reality it just doesn’t have the oomph needed to mop floors at a decent speed. If you already have a mop you would for sure just always use that rather than whip this out and set it up
