Our new mini goldendoodle is absolutely obsessed with this Snuggle Puppy! From the very first night home, it’s been her constant companion. I got my puppy yesterday and this is, so far, the best thing I purchased. He wrestles with it and sleeps against it. He slept through the night which I totally did not expect. The toy is bigger than he is and that make the whole thing just that much cuter. I have a feeling I will be going through a lot of batteries but I think it's completely worth it.The toy is soft and so far has taken the little guys teeth with no tearing. I'll update further if he manages to rip it open or anythingUpdate: No tearing and I did put in a hand warmer overnight to see how that worked. It made the toy warm enough to the touch to be comforting but not too hot. I'm not sure my puppy noticed or cared and I haven't done it since. He loves to wrestle with this and sleeps next to or on top of it whenever it's nap time.Update May 2017 -- He loves this toy, he still sleeps with it every night. It hasn't had a heartbeat or the warmer in years but it is still his go to sleep toy. It goes with him to boarding and on every trip. He still has the original stuffy though it doesn't have ears or eyes anymore. I had to wash it once due to an explosion in the crate, with a lot of bleach, and it fared very well. He wasn't sure about it for a few days as it didn't smell right anymore, but he soon fell in love with it again. Im very impressed with the quality as this has lasted three plus years of pretty constant mauling.Five Year Update: He still loves this toy. I keep considering getting a new one and swapping them out but it's held up surprisingly well.Seven Year Update: My neighbors got a puppy and she just cried the whole first night in the crate. I got her one of these and the difference is amazing. She hears the heartbeat and goes directly into her crate!I broke down and got my dog another one, even though this is a big pricey for the size of toy. He is in love. He has spent hours cuddling with this in the past two days. I put up a pic of the old one vs new one. I finally washed the old one and it's better, but he LOVES the new one. I was being sentimental as it was the toy I had with me when I picked him up from the breeder, but apparently he doesn't care. I will be getting more, possibly yearly, as he destroys them.

I recently adopted a pup, who was from a litter of 12 pups. Needless to say, she was used to having siblings near her. So when she came to me, she had some issues sleeping by herself. This stuffy, with a subtle heartbeat was recommended to be so she could feel safe and fall asleep. With the quick shipping, it was here the same day and I set it in her kennel at night. She slept like a "baby"! This stuffy is the perfect size for S,M,L dogs alike. The heart insert is held in with very sturdy velcro and will turn off after a time so that it doesn't run the battery out. My pup is a chewer, and she has not been able to tear this stuffy apart. The design of the stuffy doesn't leave any strings or material loose or sticking out to cause a pup to try and tear holes in it. The cute puppy face and floppy ears makes this a perfect stuffy to sit on your pup's bed even if they aren't in it.It can also be used for separation anxiety if your pup suffers from missing you too much.

I got this puppy for my puppy last summer and she fell in love with it right away! She never cried in her kennel in the evenings with this puppy. The heartbeat sound is quiet enough it won’t keep a person awake at night. My dog still sleeps with this and has carried it around the house and the quality is great! Stuffing has not started to come out of the dog. Going on almost having it for a year.

This snuggle puppy was a lifesaver. Brought my 8 week old Red Lab puppy home and he cried all night in his kennel the 1st night. Gave him the snuggle toy with the heartbeat on night 2 and he slept like a baby without a peep! Worked great while he was a young guy.
