Sturdy Material - Shape Holds
The material is sturdy and solid and properly holds the shape of the mixture in it. The sides don’t curl or collapse. I would have rated this a 5 except that any “burnt” residue doesn’t come off easily and sticks to the material which becomes difficult to clean. Overall, very much satisfied with this product.

The lip is the deal!
I eat a carnivore diet, and a lot of "doughs" are runny. This pan is the answer to make fathead pizza crust, so glad Amazon has it!
