Perfect for my Mermaid costume!
This was a great addition to my Mermaid Halloween costume! I only used one starfish on the side of my hair because the other fell on the floor and cracked in half. The other one stayed on place all night. The glitter it came with was cute. I just put a little vaseline on my cheeks and forehead and dabbed the glitter on. It stayed on all night!
