Works perfect! I had been having bad menstrual cramps everyone told me to look for a heating pad found this was skeptical avoiding it but works perfect i put it on and i promise the pain was gonw within minutes then the massager is a plus i put it around to my back and OMG!

This is extremely helpful for stomach and uterine cramps. Three different heat settings and vibration. Rechargeable with Micro-C. Pretty awesome if I do say so myself!

Bought and used this while pregnant and it was a game changer! I would wear this at work and it helped my back pain tremendously! It has three heat settings and 3 vibration settings. It works well and is seemly quiet.

Very impressed. Has automatic shut off after 30mins. Gets hot quickly. I wear under my clothes and you cannot tell unless someone hears the vibrations. To turn on you must hold down the power buttons for at least three seconds, I was confused at first as to why it wasn’t working. Well worth the money.

It hardly vibrates to help your back. The heat setting burns you at all 3 levels. I wouldn't recommend this.
