Finally found the one
After searching and researching for a long time now, I think this was the best choice for off-body carry for me. It has a large main compartment with velcro backing (and two pockets I'll probably never use) that I snapped in my Glock 45 w/ green dot and extra mag (cheap Maxpedition velcro holster w/ mag holder). It fits perfectly. If you had a Glock 17 or similar sized pistol, it would probably just barely fit or would have to angle it much differently. There is nothing on the inside to tie off a trigger guard holster too, but you can make something work with the Velcro and an additional attachment. I personally had a Raven Concealment vanguard laying around that works perfectly for this. The very back of it has a small pouch that perfectly fits my keys and wallet (slim metal wallet). The front pocket is quite large and has another strip of velcro. I bought another cheap Maxpedition velcro attachment with three elastic loops for my medical supplies, a small knife, and my flashlight. I can still fit some other small things in there like my AirPods case, change, chapstick, etc, and if I really need to, I can take out the medical supplies pretty quickly and that pocket is then wide open. Overall it's not huge and dumb looking, but it's not small either. It is the literal perfect size for my needs but if you have a smaller pistol you want to carry off body, there are other options. I think this looks pretty low-key and doesn't scream "gun-guy", especially in black (even though I so badly wanted green). It seems well made and with some tape around the main zipper pulls, I can draw my firearm pretty quickly. You should do something about the other zippers though so you don't grab the wrong ones! Very smooth zipper action as well. Strap is wide enough that it is comfortable on my waist, even with some weight to it. Only real gripe I have is that the elastic retainer bands for the webbing are like 3 sizes too large and don't hold the excess webbing well. Remedied this by using regular ol rubber bands, but may get some appropriately sized retainers at some point. Buckle is okay! Wouldn't hate a more solid buckle option in the future.

Great addition to my pack
Its a very versatile and well built piece of kit. I love the straps that allow you to clip it onto your bag straps to use as a chest rig or i even attached it to the upper outside part of my vertx readypack where the loops are and it serves as a 2L expansion pouch to my pack. Great for traveling and flying as well.

Fanny pack for life!
I use this bad boy every single day. It's not what I would consider to be ideal for concealed carry just because there's no rigidity to it but for everything else it's got a bunch of room if you're the type of person that likes to be prepared this sucker's got you. It hasn't fallen apart at all no stitches coming out or anything and again I use it every day for about the last year. It seems pretty dang water resistant too. It rains a lot here and I haven't noticed anything being wet.

This is not that great
The materials seem kind of cheap. As the belt is flimsy , the bag material itself lacks a substantial feeling and for the money, I don’t see it being there. On positive note, The zip pulls are branded with Vertx logo. did like the felt lined compartment for your firearm holster with hook & loop (Velcro), however even this is somewhat disappointing because it only lined on one side. This bag should be half the price at best.

Vertx
Vertx strikes again. Love this little pack. It's a hair smaller than I hoped, but I managed to make it work for what I need. Zippers are solid, the material is lightweight. My only complaint is how much extra strapping there is. I had to tape it up pretty extensively.

Could be a good pack, requires modification unfortunately
Decent CCW pack. The straps are long enough to make it comfortable in any situation or use it as a cross body and it's big enough for a compact or subcompact pew-pew.HOWEVER...the fact you have to buy all the "tactigami" crap to make it functional (the pack has no loops, pouches, areas to clip gear, nothing...just two empty compartment with velcro backing) and the flimsy weak buckle means you're going to spend another $50+ dollars to make it work. I had to buy two different Velcro panels, and the Velcro holster, plus a new buckle kit, before I could even use it. All in for about $125 dollars. Will probably not buy another VertX pack.
