I have interstitial cystitis and am currently taking Oxybutynin ER for the bladder spasms and to lessen the amount of times I have to go to the bathroom. But I still have the pain. I have done a lot of research on different supplements and medications that might help with the bladder pain and I came across this. I took the entire bottle per the labels instructions, but I never noticed my pain subsiding. I didn't really notice any improvement in my interstitial cystitis. Maybe I didn't take them long enough? I have already eliminated things from my diet within the last year, so I know most of the foods that trigger me personallyI will say that they are fairly easy to take. I had no adverse side affects the duration I took them (the entire bottle).
