Half the resistance of kanthal A1 with the same build
Good wire and well made. Keep in mind SS is softer and half the resistance of kanthal wire. My 4 wrap 4 mm spaced coils come out 0.2 ohm which is right in line with steam engines wire wizard.

Great wire for building your own temp control coils. I love it.
makes great temp control coils. You get a whole lot of them out of one roll of wire as well.

So far so good
The wire is pretty good. Coils heat up evenly and there's rare hot spots. I have it in my dual RDA tank at 6 wraps at 2 and 1/2 mm flavor is great definitely recommend

Good wire
Writing this to offset the nonsense cutting wire review. This is durable and higher quality than typical Clapton wire for coil building. If you're looking for it, then you know what it's used for. It's good 👍

For vape: Works at 4 wraps, no more than that
Seems to work great at 4 wraps, started at .20 then worked itself to .17 as I broke it in. Hitting great. Tried my first set of coils at 5 wraps and it had way too much resistance to really work at all. Tried second set with 4 wraps, worked great. Will update if my opinion changes. Wanted to post this in case anyone was on the fence if it works for vape or not. It does

Great for cutting foam and maintaining a consistent temp.
These are great for cutting foam and maintaining a consistent temp. The dual core helps to hold the heat at a more consistent temperature even when the modulator can send electronic spikes through them.
