this is going to greatly help my weight loss!After taking this product plus their super greens one, I just felt no hunger at all - I think my hunger was just my body craving nutrients but i was never feeding myself properly?I don't know the exact reasons, but after i took them in the morning then again in the afternoon, I felt zero hunger all day long but felt energetic, good energy, feeling great

Great product. Easy to take capsules.

The product is great in getting the necessary fruit and veggies. I take it with a drink that has flavor to cover up the taste and try not to breathe while taking it because it’s not appealing in those areas.

I have been taking this supplement for two days now. Today, I noticed that my urine was neon yellow after taking it an hour before. I also noticed that I was kinda crampy from it. Since I’m only taking two new supplements, one being garlic, I’m guessing this one is causing the neon pee since it comes from too much riboflavin in the body. To remedy this, I’m not going to take the two capsules tomorrow, then take only one capsule of the supplement on Sunday(the following day) to see if this stops the neon pee and cramps.I’m writing this in case someone else has this same reaction to this supplement. I hope it helps you if you have this reaction. Other than this, I think it’s still a great supplement. Just maybe even too potent for my system.Update 4/9/24: I have been taking this supplement for about one week now. I’m currently taking two capsules per day without any issues. I’m not sure why it caused that in the beginning, but I’m doing well now. I haven’t really noticed any changes, but it has only been one week. There may be a slight improvement in my ability to cope with stress, but that’s about it. I hope this review helps you make a decision about whether to buy this supplement.

Wonderful product, came just as described. I took them and are very helpful. Doesn't smell very good as with most vitamins but were easy to sallow and digest

I am not the healthiest eater, so I searched for a way to get more vegetables and fruits in my diet. This supplement is phenomenal! I have been taking them for about 2 weeks and can tell a difference in my energy levels. I don't feel as tired and drained as I use to. I have tried 2 other brands and find them hard to swallow with bad aftertaste. These are easy to swallow and have zero aftertaste. Will be putting these on my order again !

If you can get past the taste you’ll be good , when you first put them in your mouth you get a taste of grass Lolol , I was skeptical buying supplements from Amazon. They came in just fine, the product inside came in all the “pills” each have the same amount in them. I’m giving this brand a try , so far I like them :)
