Keeps me hydrated
I bought this to help keep me hydrated while breastfeeding. I love how it is keto friendly no added sugars. As long as I mix it properly it dissolves otherwise if I do not mix it well enough I get chunks of powder. I like the flavor it adds to my water and prefer to add this then drinking plain water. It does have a sour taste but I like it. It keeps me hydrated especially while breastfeeding. Sometimes I’m not the best at drinking water but with this it helps me when I haven’t had enough water.

Good tasting hydration drink
I am trying to stay away from sugar. I wanted a hydration drink that is not loaded with added sugars and other unnecessary ingredients. This powdered drink formula is lightly flavored without all of the nasty ingredients. It is a supplement that will not break the bank. It is very affordable and gets the job done.

Give it a try!
I like that it is pleasantly tart, not sickeningly sweet and with only a few ingredients, not an entire chem lab. Dissolves well, like the taste and that the scoop allows me to control how much to use when making it.

Best Testing Electrolyte Powder
I use this powder every morning with my creatine and it taste so good and I haven’t been sick of it using it the last six months it’s lasted a very, very long time. It’s so worth it! I’m not great at hydrating throughout the day so I make sure to take these electrolytes right when I wake up and the flavor is so good versus some other electrolyte powders I’ve tried. Highly recommend recommended!

So so good!
I absolutely love this electrolyte drink mix. I got the piña colada flavor first and it’s fantastic. To me definitely more of a pineapple. I don’t really notice the coconut part of it very much but it’s great. Then I ordered the grape and grape is my favorite so far. I just got in the lemon raspberry but haven’t opened it yet.I read in the reviews that the zipper part of the bags tend to fail so I was trying to be very careful when I opened and closed them, but as other people noted, the zipper part did fail. So I recommend getting yourself some pretty glass containers to store it in.Also, it does dissolve completely- you just put it in water before you add the ice and no problems with dissolving. I add one scoop to my huge yeti and that’s the perfect amount of flavor in my opinion. I think it would be too powerful if it was in fewer fluid ounces. My son is a huge fan as well. Some people commented there wasn’t enough sodium, but for me this is good. I add a couple of crystals of Celtic sea salt under my tongue as I drink water throughout the day anyway so I love it.Highly recommend!

Awesome electrolyte drink mix
What a deal! Im on GLP1 and hydration is critical. The amount you get in this bag is massive and it tastes good. Not too sweet not too salty but provides the electrolytes you need. Love it, just be careful not to inhale the fine powder and mix VERY well before consuming!

Flavor matters, pineapple is Pina colada and leaves aftertaste
I can't comment much on effectiveness, my body is too inconsistent. But in the realm of being helpful...the pineapple is actually *Pina colada* flavored. It has much more froth and color, but also has MUCH more stevia aftertaste than the lemon raspberry.I like the price compared to other electrolytes, and I like that it doesn't make me bloat like other electrolytes, but medically, sodium is the recommended one and this is low on that, so mileage will probably vary. I'm loath to figure out how I will get through the rest of the bag of Pina colada considering the sweetener aftertaste makes me crave sweets so I don't like drinking it.Confusingly, between the two flavors, both list same weight and number of servings, but the scoop that came with the Pina colada was much bigger than the lemon raspberry scoop, and I suspect the lemon scoop is more appropriate, the full larger one was too strong in flavor.I might buy the lemon raspberry again, it's good flavor and lasts well, but I do not recommend the "pineapple".
