Great for food aversion and vomiting!
I was having such a bad food aversion and vomiting! I started using NormaLyte and within a few weeks it stopped! Works great!

Great rehydration
Works great for rehydrating when you are already dehydated. The flavor is good. The taste is sweet, and I am not a sweet fan, but does the trick.

Too sweet. I guess they are using the sweetening agent trying to cover up the saltiness but this isn't the way.

I've got POTS/Dysautonomia and heard this brand was pretty good, so I decided to give it a shot... The salty taste on the PURE flavor was a bit too much for me, but the other flavors were alright. It's an okay product, but honestly, I've gotten better results from other brands... which is confusing, considering the formula in these should, in theory, hydrate more efficiently.The packaging is also difficult to open with just your hands, and on more than one occasion I ended up spilling powder everywhere trying to pour it. I don't think I'll be reordering anytime soon.

Keep it in your first aid kit
It's a must for your medicine cabinet. You never know when you might need it and when you do, it can be a life saver. It's very easy to use, just follow the simple instruction and mix it with some water. The taste is not too bad for a an electrolyte drink. Definitely recommend this.
